Hello,

I've created a new template that I want the architects to use, unfortunately I wasn't clear enough about not adjusting the floor plan to compensate for sea level.
That is, the first floor is at +68.6 m above sea level, so the architect has specified 68.6 m for the first Level.
I mean that adjustment of levels should never be compensated against sea level.

I want to use Elev in Project Base Point to set the ground level and change the elevation base to Survey Point which represents sea level.
Now I try to correct this by using Relocate Project moving the project 68.6 m, the problem is that the Internal Origin is also moved 68.6 m down, so the distance between the Broject Base Point and the Internal Origin is always 68.6 m. And moving I project the Base Point with Move to internal Origin and I still get the distance between the ground level.

Project Base Point and Survey Point are reset with all values at 0.

Anyone have a solution or explanation?

Leave the PBP at the internal origin and just move the clipped survey point down 68m from the PBP/IO in Elevation View.

Are you saying the building is modeled 68.6m above the Internal Origin?  So what?  Why is that now a problem?  BTW: the IO is not movable.

This doesn't make sense.  Relocate project change the relationship between Survey point and project base point, and has nothing to do with Internal origin.  You can even turn off Internal origin so it is out of your equation to avoid confusion.

The bottom line is relocate project tool should work for what you are trying to do.  Or just simply move the survey point down.
