Relationship of Levels, Contours and Spot Elevations with Toposurface

I have given up trying to understand how to make Levels, Contours and Spot Elevations match with a Toposurface and badly need help. However hard I try it seems to be Contours which I cannot get to reflect all the others.  To illustrate this I show two Screen captures below. The first is a partial plan of a Toposurface that was created from the "DTM Triangles" layer of a survey .dwg file linked to the project.  I set the Survey Point elevation at that of the Survey, being  75.019 Metres (since I always work in millimetres, as set in the 'project units', this is actually set as 75019mm). I have set the Levels, Contours and Spot Elevations to have an elevation base matching the Project Base Point and found that by setting it at -450mm my Levels and Spot Elevations matched those of the surveyed topography but the Contours were lower.  This is illustrated on the second screen capture (section) which indicates that the position of the contour is 740 mm below the example level.  The fact that the example Level is 74000 and the contour appears to be 100th of the level, may or may not be relevant? I am inclined to think this is just a coincidence.

The Screen captures show correct spot elevations and levels in Green whilst incorrect contours and notes are shown in red.  Original topography points (in Metres), on the topography are annotated.

I shall be extremely grateful to anyone who can explain this to me so that I can correct it please!

Thanks

Think you just have to move it up to match the 74.000... but I might be missing something though.

Move what up?  You cannot move contours up physically, I do not think.  If you refer to the levels, they do not need moving as they do relate correctly to the toposurface and the spot elevations.

Thanks for your interest.

I meant the topo itself... by the way, did you link the topo in the project?
