Has anyone else had issues with Support , Since we asked for a refund its been 2 weeks and noone from autodesk is talking to us , maybe Support is down or something

thank you Viveka , it is noting personal on you, you have given us more information than anyone else.

but i feel we are being lied to openly by someone there.

and i dont believe for s second someone else will be in contact with us , but ill be here until they do,

it just seems there are alot of thing that have happened my chance - 

no one looked at the case for two weeks, missed all my calls and emails

only on the day the sub runs out do you contact us

i only get contact after kicking off because you ignored emails and phone calls from me.

gav dosent reply until he is mentioned in a post

and now its back to square 1 - noone knows a thing there . Someone has to be in charge there?
