Reference Views Missing

I am trying to create a callout and would like to reference another view. When I click "reference other view" and review all of the available views I can select from, the view I would like to reference is not showing up. Does anyone know what might be going on?

What is the 'other view' that you are trying to reference to?

Got a long list? Maybe the View is hard to find among all the others.  Try entering the View Name in the Reference Other View Search Field.

Under reflected ceiling plans I am trying to reference the Level 1 RCP. Other RCP's are showing up just not the one I need. @barthbradley I tried that and it didn't show anything

Which view are you in? It is not Level 1 RCP, is it? Because you cannot place a reference view of itself.

Well, that tells me that the View you want to reference isn't available/valid as reference for that callout.
