We'd like to request your participation in testing ReCap Pro 25.2 Beta.
Key features:
- Added support for Scan to Mesh for local processing, along with the necessary UI workflows.
- Introduced the ReCap Mesh Editor, which offers an integrated UI for improved mesh visualization and classification, enabling segmented mesh generation for clash detection and BIM creation.
- Launched the ReCap Mesh Revit Plugin, allowing users to import local Scan to Mesh outputs into Revit to generate corresponding BIM models.
To do so:
- Go to https://feedback.autodesk.com/
- Under Opportunities, look for "Autodesk Infrastructure Futures"
- Click View Opportunity and apply for access
- After access is granted, click on "Autodesk Infrastructure Futures" tab menu
- Click on "ReCap Builds"
- Click on "ReCap Pro 2025.2 Beta"
- The instructions, release notes, and help doc are attached to the page.
