Here is what I am talking about -
The red tag is the original tag. Three generic notation tags were nested into one, with text parameter labels set to be 3/32" tall with 1/2" tabs.
The blue tag is a copy of the red tag. When the value of one is changed to MULTI, all the text changes to be a little larger. This difference in size is obvious enough to be redmarked during QC, hence the concern.
When I take the same tag and drop it into a virgin project, this behavior does not occur. It stands to reason that there is something going on with the project file. The question is - what?

idk...what if before you drop it preparate the virgin file. Delete all Annotation symbols and then transfer project parametrs from first project. then try to drop it.
@Stanis-74 - thank you!
Did a Transfer Project Standards from a clean project - did not change anything.
Sorry! It sounded like a great idea!
This should be explanatory - where I demonstrate the behavior in the project, and then in a clean project.
Is the Project File originated from a pre-2017 version, then upgraded to 2017/2018?
Yup. 2015, possibly 2014.
So this is the dreaded 2017 Text Bug? Good catch, @ToanDN! Any way out? Would replacing the font in the tag work?
Ok - here it is - some geometry from the old project was copied into a new file. Possibly this could have activated the dreaded Bug.
What I did was edit the tag family and switch to an older, but similar font that we used. Voila! Problem solved!
Thank you, @ToanDN, for Showing Me The Right Path!
