Realistic View very different from Rendered View

Hello,

I am a novice at Rendering in Revit, so am using OOTB lighting and materials.  I noticed however that the Rendering is Very washed out and overexposed when compared to the Realistic "working" view that I'm usually in, which makes it hard for me to assess materiality and color while working.  I have tried to manipulate rendering properties but there doesn't seem to be a good solution.  Ideally I'd like my Rendered view to be similar in intensity to my Realistic view.  Any tips or pointers???  Attached are some screenshots that help convey my problem.

Thanks!

-Jon
