This issue is so annoying. I'm running 2019 and had it pop up after upgrading. Since I can't go back to a previous version I'm hosed.
I was encouraged by the possibility that running from a laptop to a second monitor might be the issue and I'll experiment to see if that gets me somewhere. For now I found creating a dwf and then a pdf from the dwf viewer works but that really kills the work flow.

A bit more to the story..... originally I thought it might be Bluebeam so I tried Acrobat... exact same issue.
However I did have success when I disconnected my monitor from my laptop and printed the file in Bluebeam.
Once I get my new computer hooked up with my three monitors we'll see what happens. Worked fine with the old computer and 2018 but was having issues with 2019 ![]()
I may be back.
Hi @gmadjedi
Sorry to hear about these issues.
Let us know how it goes and I'll be happy to test further if we have your files.
Basically, the process is, we collect files for diagnosis - a journal, review model and system info, etc and send you a private upload folder.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I'm able to print PDFs now from my laptop as long as I move my Revit window to the laptop from the external monitor attached to it. I really don't understand that but being able to generate those PDFs is crucial so I'm happy.
A concern I have is that this issue came up on my computer system, with three monitors, and I believe it was after I installed Revit 2019. I'm in the process of replacing that computer so I'll be checking out the issue soon.
I'm considering avoiding updating Revit until the first patch.... though in this case it wouldn't have helped. At least I have a reliable work-around.
My new computer is up and running with three monitors and everything seems to be back to normal. I would appear the laptop with an external monitor attached was the problem..... I guess ![]()
