could it be possible to make this landings/breaks on the ramp as showed by the drawing?

how to adjust those landings at the right  height showed by the engineer and not at the revit ramp way?

Lower your Survey Point 0.69 ft.  

 

...or your Project Base Point - whichever is zero origin for the ramp spot elevations.

But that said, this ramp of yours needs to be redone to meet the spot elevations shown.  Your ramp is rising 10.08'.  The ramp in your reference is rising 11.51' .

Create it as a floor, not a ramp. Add split lines, "Modify sub elements" and manually change elevations where you need them.
