Ramp Command and PartiallyVoid Visibility in Site View

Hi, I have 2 issues in a file of Revit 2016/student version/ :

 - Create/ Ramp / - after a 2nos. of ramps were created and deleted, for a new ramp creation appears a message-can't be ignored " The ramp's base must be bellow it's top ". "Delete element" button in the message field prompts a new message " can't delete element that is being edited". But there is no any existing ramp element in the file. The Family component of Ramps that have been download in the Project browser-Ramp 01 can't be modified as well in regard of levels of it's base and top. In the Properties browser the options for the levels of base and top of the Ramp are not active as well. Practically Create/ Ramp / is cycling without option to create a new ramp.

 - In Site View of part of Model is completelly missing, althogh it is existing  simultaneously in the other Level views. The Range option in the Properties Browser is set to UNLIMITED, the issue is not connected to range of the View.

Thanks

Now go back to the floor where you wanted to create the ramp and try again.

@svilen2110

It is that solution,

  1. using the top level where the ramp tool cannot automatically lock itself to any higher workplane (Toan's suggestion)
  2. or you place a temporary level above the current one you are working with
  3. or you go to 3D view and Set the Workplane to the level you are working on then start ramp tool in 3D mode

I have never seen this bug since Revit 2016 R2 UPD6... which Revit version are you using?
