Why is this happening to the glass baluster?
I'm guessing this has something to do with the center reference line,
If I move this line to the front or back, as below
I get the following,
what's going on? How do I get the baluster to align to the start of the railing?
in your Baluster Placement, what is your Justify setting set to?
like I said in your last post, if you can upload a model with the railing in it, it would help a lot.

I'm pretty sure I uploaded the file. Don't know why it didn't go through. Did it again.
In any case, if I use a handrail, and then the default glass panel balluster it does not justify.
No the justify tool does ****-all.
Okay, let's try this again.
I see what you are talking about. The staggering of the glass panels; right?
Create a New Type under the Circular Handrail PROFILE Family. Open the New Type's Properties and enter 1/32" for "Diameter" Parameter value. In the Railing Type Properties, open the Rail Structure (non-continuous) dialog box, and add a New Rail using the 1/32" Circular Handrail Type for the "Profile" and set the "Height" to 0'-0".
In the Baluster Placement dialog box, set the Main Pattern Baluster Family's "Base" to the name of the New Rail.
See other settings in this screenshot:
Note: Used the OOTB Glass Panel Family. Created a 2' 1" Type and inserted it into your Family with the above settings.
