railing

hi. i want  to make glass railing but i think my settings are incorrect. i couldnt find it. railing's vertical elements are overflowing.thats problem 1. and if i change my settings and give number to vertical elements, then railing is not adjusted to the desired length.

Here is the example of my settings:
Note that Dist. From previous Parameter should be a half of the Glass panel length.
