Railing with baluster connected to wall

Hi,

Any idea to make this?  Or refer to an existing family I can use?  I can make termination to the railing, but not to the balusters?

You model the wall brackets as part of the Baluster. 

When loaded into the rail, simply give the rail an offset from path and it will look just like that image
