Railing Tag and Linked Model

Hello,

I am having an issue with a linked revit file and railing tags.  I have Revit file that contains a linked model.  While I am in the main Revit file (where i have all my dims, annotations, tags, etc) I have tagged all the railings in the linked model.  I then save and close the file, but then when I re-open it all the railing tags have moved!  I try moving them back but the same thing happens again next time I open the file.  I have tagged many other objects (doors, windows, walls, etc) in the same file and no issues with those tags, just the railing tag.  The railing tag I created myself by editing the standard window tag that comes with Revit.  Any ideas on how to stop this from happening?

Are the "moved" tags' still populated correctly, or are they orphaned?

Yes the moved tags still are populated with the correct railing number.

Well then, let's focus on the Tag itself. Maybe opening the Family with Audit checked, then saving and reloading it into the project will help.
