Rail - segments showing up in plan

Working in RVT 2018, I've created a rail hosted to a ramp about 30' long. The rail is showing break lines / segment lines in plan even though the rail is drawn as a single sketch line (not drawn as multiple segments).

Why is it doing this; how do I get rid of those lines?

Thanks

Are those balusters?

@ToanDN there are balusters at those locations, but they (should) stop at the bottom of the top rail element.

Wild guess #1: It's a Baluster penetrating the Top Rail every few feet.

Look at the 3D see if they actually stop below the top rails.  If so, check VG see if Top Rails subcategory is off, or Railings category is transparent.

@Anonymous: What ended up being the problem?

There it is! Balusters set to stop at Top Rail element... with 1" top offset haha

With a 1" thick top rail, the 1"  top offset left the uphill side of the baluster submerged in the the top rail,  but the downhill side of the baluster poked thru, hence one line not two.

Thanks!
