I TRIED WITH CUSTOM PROFILE AS WELL AS THE REVIT DEFAULT PROFILES

Hi,

What is the horizontal element? Top Rail, hand rail or rail? Does it have an offset?

Do you share a screenshot for that?

HORIZONTAL ELEMENT IS THE INTERMEDIATE RAIL. BALUSTER SPHERE IS ON THE RAIL 1 STRUCTURE

Hi,

Check the Baluster Offset in Railing type.

Also, double check that the profile you are using for the rails "Circular Handrail1" is sketched with the centermark at the origin intersection in the profile family.

Hi,

I didn't understand your problem correctly. I thought you were referring to some displacement in plan view.
From what I understand, however, you are referring to an elevation or a section.
Revit places the Ref. Level of the baluster at the top of the rail.

In the baluster family you can place a Reference Plane bellow the Ref. Level controlling the offset with a type parameter. Design the sphere with Work Plane the Reference Plane.

You can control the baluster height from this parameter.

Hi thanks for figuring this out. Usually for any families we create the ref level of the family coincides and merge with the level of the project. When we load nested families component, the reference level & origin will merge or coincide with the other family. But this baluster doesn't seem to work that way. revits precision & accuracy is very low compared to other software. I would be difficult to create ref plance & offset to control the aligning based on the size & shape of baluster & rail family something going to top of rail without any means of eagerness is bad... Still need a solution without the ref plane & offset parameter

Anywat thanks for your valuable reply
