Hi Brainstrust,
I am trying to create a radial hatch for brick tiles. I've attached an example of a real life situation that I want to emulate in a hatch pattern. I have tried a detail item arrayed but hard to get the grout lines to align well (my maths skills don't allow me to figure out this sort of thing)
Any help would be amazing!
Radial hatch patterns are difficult to do, both in CAD and Revit. I did find some results in the forums you can try -
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autodesk-architectural-desktop/radial-hatches/td-p/1528293

Might also want to try using the PAT maker in pyRevit to see how that does.
Radial hatch patterns are not really possible as the pattern does not repeat.
Here is a Detail Item that shows one ring of bricks. You can place multiple of of them at the same origin and just increase their Radii so they align and create your pattern.
shallow dome.
every brick is roughly equal in size? AND in a Radial Pattern?
