What you mean to say is that when you move it in one VIEW, it moves in all VIEWS.
It does not exist on multiple Levels. It is one view mark that exists in the model, and it will be displayed - wherever it is - in all views that its extents intersect. (And that share its phase. And that share its discipline.)
So the answer is no, there is no way to display it in a different position in a different view.
But what you CAN do is this: Hide it in another view, and there make a new one using the Reference Other View option, displaying in the location you wish. A separate view MARK pointing to the same view. Get it?
