I have reviewed similar posts but, the solutions didn't work for me. Please see my attached screenshot. Would anyone know why my "US Imperial" downloads are not available for my "Load Family"? Thank you. Lisa

The file you are showing is an .exe file. It is used to install the families. Double click on it from File Explorer.

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Perhaps you need Revit to navigate to the families folder - see attached.

Thank you for replying RobDraw. When I double-clicked on either .exe I got this message, "The following file already exists." Please see my attached screen shot.

I hope all is well.

From your first image attached the folder was pointing to your downloads folder. Are you able to browse by this path?

Thank you Eric, I'm missing parts of that path. I will get back to the software in the near future. I'm not sure why downloading and/or installing (of which I did both) would be so incomplete. I'm moving on to other important things in my life, for now.

That is where your families will be.  Your own screenshot showed that they were already existing in that folder.  It won't install in the same location as the executable.  So you can just delete that file as it is installed.
