So .. as you can see this is what is happening after the last update that I've installed then restarted the computer .... i fed up of autodesk troubles! i haven't been able to do anything normally for 2 months!!!

This is a Users Forum. You may want to give Autodesk a piece of your mind directly. Open a support case through your Autodesk Account UI.  They are usually pretty good in responding within 2 days.  Good Luck.
