Hi everyone,
Im having troubles on trying to save a file to the REVIT SERVER working on WAN, the error reads "Operation could not be completed. Please try again."
I cant save or browse models on the revit server, we are using 2018 version of RS and revit on the workstations.
I ping the host server and I get response so I believe the RSN.ini file isnt part of the issue and m able to connect to it as an Accelerator or to any server on the NETWORK.
I opened port 808 on server in case this could be related to Firewall and stuff like that.
None of the workstations are able to save or browse revit server models.
Any help would be heavily appreciated.
Using Win 10 on the workstations.

Thanks for your Response,
I followd the article and everything checks fine, but read on the server log at the time of the error that matches the journal from revit, and Ive found these two warnings on the server log:
" The application '/AdminService2018' belonging to site '1' has an invalid AppPoolId 'RevitServerAppPool2018' set. Therefore, the application will be ignored."
"A process serving application pool 'RevitServerAppPool2018' terminated unexpectedly. The process id was '7060'. The process exit code was '0xfffffffe'."
So Ive checked on the articles from Adesk about making sure Server is properly configured and everything looks fine.
So seems like a weird issue and my IT knowlodge kinda reached its limits.
Thanks for the reply and your time tho, I appreciate any help
