Draw/print Order on sheets is driven by the order you place view on the sheet. That said, and if the Horizontal channel (Gray) and the Black component are not one family, you can achieve what you are trying to do by creating two views in the model,
- one with the horizontal Chanels
- and another with the black elements whatever they are isolated
- then place View 1 (Gray Channels) first on the sheet followed by View 2 (Black Component/family)
Alternatively, if the horizontal channel and the Black element are in the same family, you can nest in a detail component and check the option Draw in Foreground...when loaded that will show on top of the horizontal channel. You can set that Detail Component to a subcategory as well to allow for more visibility control in terms of switching it on in some views while having it off in other views
Show hidden lines would work as well but it may have some limitations in certain Scenarios depending on the view type and categories being used.
