in revit 2019, when I use a unlicensed user it opens and works normally in the trial period, but if I use the license I have of the following error, "an irrecoverable error has occurred.all your recent data has been saved, so there is no need to create recovery files. " this is the second windows that I install to try to solve the problem, but as the program is working normally (in trial mode), I believe that it is not a problem in installing windows or any component installed on it. I have deleted the folder inside APPDATA as described in another tutotial about the error and I still continue with the problem. Does anyone have a solution?
as I said above, I applied the "solution" described in this link, and without success, as I said, if it was a corrupted file problem the program would not open with another user (user autodesk and not user windows) in trial mode, would it open?
