Question - Modeling wall between two roof sections?

I am attempting to model the roof of an existing house and have run into a couple of issues.

1.) There is a section of wall that is framed between two sections of roof that I am not quite sure how to model. The wall actually sits on the top of the lower roof and is framed to the underside of the upper roof.

I could see attaching it to the upper roof, but I am not sure how to base it off of the top of the lower roof.

2.) The other issue is the lower roof doesn't extend under the upper roof like it does in reality.

Any suggestions on how I could fix these issues? Screenshot 2021-08-04 164049.png

@ejowalter

Model the Primary roof with an overhang above the secondary roof (2 x roof by footprint) >> then use Join Geometry to join both...>> place the wall then Attach top to the Primary roof and the bottom to the secondary roof (See GIF below)

When you use Attach Top/Bottom...you have the option on the context bar to pick between top or bottom

Wow!!

No wonder I was having such an issue. It was a lot more involved than I realized.

Thanks for the explanation.
