When you see my plan views 4th floor, red line, was duplicate as I want but when I create schedule the doors have doubled. Please help me correct this problem. Thank you for your time.

Elements do not get duplicated when you duplicate view...

Could also be a Phasing thing. Check the Phase and Phase Filter of the Schedule. Phase Filter=Show Complete?
Do you have object copied on top of each other. Select the door and see if you have warning sign. As well go to schedule and have 3d view open. In schedule highlight the object and it will appear in the 3d.

The schedule shows double because you have twice the number of doors, not because of you duplicated the floor plan. If you have doubts, delete one of the floor plan and look at the schedule see if the count changed or not.
Looking at your screenshot, the 6 doors are not on the same Level so itemized the schedule, sort by Level/Family Name/Type Name to find out where they are.
This would have been the ultimate repackaging if you added the shared nested family from @barthbradley's reply lol still time to edit

Thank for your time. I have corrected it. Number of doors are double because boundary room extent to another room in upper floor. I would like to share the solution to other users if they have the same my problem.
