Purge / Delete unused parameter value

Hi,

I've been trying to Purge / Delete Unused parameter value with no success (Not the parameter itself).

I tried to create a schedule to make sure non of the views/sheets contains the unwanted parameter ("Plumbing") but it didn't work. Any suggestions?

* Im using Revit 2020

If I create a View Schedule and incorporate such parameters, then some of them can be edited in the schedule, but not all of them. I guess the non-editable ones are used in View Templates. So you might have to check / alter the View Templates first and then create a schedule for the rest of them. Probably a pretty tedious job....

Thank you for you replay.

If I understood you correctly, I created a View Schedule and made sure non of the views contains the unnecessary parameter value "Plumbing" + opened the view template under "Sub-Discpline" for editing.

This didn't work, any more suggestions please?

Is the name used in other phases and/or design options that wouldn't show on this schedule?

Hi, Thanks for your suggestion.

It's our office template, so there isn't any phases/Design Options - I checked to make sure and there aren't any Views assigned to the "Sub-Discipline" Parameter.

I think I misunderstood the question. The 'plumbing' thing isn't used anywhere, but it remains in the drop down list, and you want to remove it from the drop downlist.

According to this topic, it should be gone if none of the views contains the value?
