Hello,
I am having an issue when I create my property lines by entering distances and bearings into a table. When I enter every line of information into one table, the result is incorrect. However, if I create a table for each individual line and attach the lines together via move, the result is correct. What am I doing wrong? See photos below for more info.

Delete the last line and let Revit close it automatically. Then rotate the Property to the correct orientation.
Best way to think about those tables as a set of instructions for someone to walk around the boundary of the lot. That does not always mean that they will match the bearings written by the surveyor who will be assigning each boundary an bearing based on how it lies compared to North.
Your first three lines seem to be fine, but the last one will need some "massaging" to work with Revit. Change the N to S to represent the direction you would have to walk to get back to your start point. You may also need to change the W to E depending on how the first change goes.
It also doesn't look like the plan your working from is aligned to north so it won't be orientated the same way.
The distance and bearing you enter are relative to the previous one where as the one on the survey map are absolute. Some times you just need to reverse NS EW when entering the value.
