Why do you need to draw property lines in elevation?

If you want to do that, draw reference planes first, in plan view. Align the property lines to the reference planes. Then go to the elevation and draw detail lines aligned to the same reference planes.

Alternatively you could draw it as a reference plane, which will show up in plan, elevation etc and override graphics

What about using a grid line?  I guess it depends where you want to see it and how you want it to behave.  You could for example create a 'property boundary' family that consists of model lines and place that between each property then you can tailor it to suit.

Glad this works for you. Thinking about it, it would be neater to name your reference plane 'property line' and add a filter in for those that you want to display and override the graphics for.

I had assumed she wanted the lines to print.

*edit* my bad you just need to tick off the 'hide ref/work planes' in the print settings.

@Keith_Wilkinson Do reference lines not print even if you overwrite graphics?

My bad, yes, you can, if you turn off 'Hide ref/work planes' in the print settings so your proposal should work.
