Project´s elevation - How to change?

At first I used to have the elevation on LEVEL 1 set at 2,090 but now I´m requested to set the project on another place and the elevation changed to 1,873.

when I move the project, the annotation still says the original altitude (2,090) 

Also I notice the survey point moves and the elevation change to a negative number.

How to change that?

You want to change the elevation of the SURVEY POINT, Sir. 

...Do me a favor. Select one of your Level's and look at it TYPE Properties.  What do you see for "Elevation Base"?  Betcha it's "Survey Point".  Does that help you understand?  How about this nugget: the coordinates shown in the Project Base Point indicate how far the PBP/Origin is from the Survey Point/Origin.  Any of this making any sense?
