You have to Create a 3d view (on the view tab of the ribbon) and walls have to have the top constraint set in the properties palette to reach the level you want, or set the top constraint as you add the wall to the model.

The first one was easy , THANK YOU

The top constraint thou doesn't give me the option in the properties to enter or select the wanted level constraint ...

It is saying 'not connected' and no other options open up ...

any idea?

Select a wall and in the properties palette you can set the top constraint to a level datum in you project. It is in a pulldown on the property itself.

Have no idea on why this would not work. Have not ever really come across an issue where it simply is not an option. Try in an empty file and see if you can place a wall with a top constraint. Perhaps there is something wrong with your file?
