My Project Browser and Properties Palette automatically shrink if I open a family file (.rfa), or another project. It's very annoying and I constantly find myself resizing my project browser.
This post from Autodesk says that the issue was resolved in Revit 2021, but that is not the case for me, because I'm in version 2021.1.3 and it's still happening. Project browser auto-shrinks itself on opening new files in Revit
Does anyone know if there's a way to fix this?
H'mm? Sounds like an MS Edge complaint I've been reading about lately. I wonder if there's a correlation?
@barthbradley I’m not sure what you mean. How do I check?
I normally use chrome but I think I have edge installed.

I'm just throwing out some ideas, but you get the gist of it correctly. May or may not be relevant. Troubleshooting is a process of elimination. Test it.
You could always open a support case through Autodesk as well. I probably would. No harm. No foul.
We have this issue on some machines, as well. Not all machines, just some. It is also only affecting the project browser, not the properties palette. It does not seem to matter which side of the window the project browser is docked.
I've had this issue since Revit v2018 came out. I find myself constantly stretching my Project Browser & Properties Palette. I think the issue is with multiple monitors when the laptop resolution is not the same as the side monitors. I've tested the same Revit session by moving it to the Laptop & have no issues.
