Project Browser and Properties Palette no longer align

The Project Browser and the Properties Palette no longer stay nicely aligned on the left side, one over the other, of the windows screen like they were before.  It began to happen, I think, yesterday or the day before, after the latest Revit 2018 update.

Before, the two automatically settled and aligned easily on the left side of the screen without hassles, but now they both refuse to do so and instead now are side by side and hard to manipulate in comparison to how easily they were able to be manipulated before.

Is this an issue that can be resolved with a setting or a variable?  Or....?

Please advise.

Thanks in advance,

PS I think that the Project Browser and the Properties Palettes were able to be "docked" aligning nicely one over the other on the left side of the screen, but now that does not happens like before, so that is another way to explain the reason for my question above.
