Project basepoint not showing up even when turned on

Project Basepoint not showing up even though the Survey point shows up. I have even gone into the visibility graphics and have turned it on with no luck on it showing up in the view.

Does anybody know of a fix for this?

Try locating it in 3D view.  Use the Reveal Hidden Elements mode and Zoom Extents.   

...you might have hidden the element instead of the category.  Also it may not be within the view range.

go to properties tick all extents boxes and adjust those lines and see if helps. thanks

Tick all boxes?  How about just untick Crop View?
