Dear Revit users, even though I've been using Revit for a long time there is stuff regarding the Coordinates I don't understand. I created the architectural model I want to align it to the Structural that just arrived. I aligned the Structural model to the architectural I acquired coordinates and synced (pic1).
When linking the Architectural model to the Structural link it seems rotated by the amount of the "Angle to True North" value (pic2). I can fix it by turning the value to 0 instead of 65.05, that way they will be aligned but the values will differ from each other. Can someone explain to me why can't I align them and share the same Angle value?

Hi,
Check the orientation in view properties. Is Project or True North? And then insert the structural model.

I think this is relevant for CAD links not Revit links. Correct me if I'm wrong
Seems like it got fixed by aligning the architectural model in the structural and publishing the coordinated to the architectural. I thought I had already tried it. Anyway it works more or less as it should.
