Ripping my head of soon! Revit is by far the worst software ever created with modifying topo surfaceses. Ive created a surface in civil 3d and trying to insert in Revit. Should be easy but it isnt at all.
Getting this problem for example. how the H*LL do I get this line deleted?!?! There is no reason why revit should draw this line at all. Anyone here that is better than me at doing this? I know civil 3d, but this just pisses me of! haha

I suspect that the points along the curb are the outermost points of the toposurface.
In a plan view, if the curb curves inward towards the center of the surface, Revit's algorithm will enclose them by connecting the outermost points.
The solution would be to add a point outside the added edge and then split the surface.

Solved it! I did as you told me about splitting it. But I couldnt make a point outside the surface. Got this message when I tried. Did the thing that revit told me and placed a point inside the surface and moved it..... GOT THE SAME MESSAGE AGAIN hahahahahaha!
But I tried to split the area where the interpolation was and that worked, so thank you! ![]()
I can feel the warmth of that upside-down frown all the way from here!!! Wow! I think we even have lift-off.
Can you confirm lift-off mission control? Over and out.
Look at this Link it will help you and Good Luck
