Problems when measuring with Autodesk Viewer online

I have a question regarding the measurement tool of the Autodesk viewer online. The thing is, I receive a project done in Revit, and when I try to measure on the drawing sheets using "file units" it measures correctly in decimal inches. (See image 1 attached). But when I go to settings and select "feet and fractional inches" it's like the original dimension in inches is misinterpreted as meters and then transformed to feet and fractional inches resulting in a measurement that doesn't make sense. (See image 2 Attached).

The example project is made in Revit in the imperial template and using the imperial system in the plan framework template.

The issue only occurs in the drawing sheet area.

In the 3D model area, there is no problem when changing the measurement system.

why does this happen?

Is there a way to resolve this?

Is it due to some necessary configuration in Revit or the Viewer?

Is the solution just to calibrate the scale on the drawing sheet?

Very grateful in advance for your support and response.

Thanks for your answer, but in the video available in the link you sent me, they only work in the space of the 3D model. The problem I have is when measuring the plan sheets that are exported to the viewer from Revit. in the 3D model, there is no problem when measuring in different systems. I am almost convinced that the only solution is to calibrate the sheet before measuring.

Thanks, but my problem is that when I do what you show me in the images, the measurement in feet and fractional inches is generated with a huge error. As if the Viewer takes the file units in meters instead of inches. Look at the photos I attached in the original post. How do I make the default unit of the Viewer be inches and not meters?

I share a simple example of a model in which what I indicate happens to me.

Can you upload the RVT here?

I opened the file in Revit 2022, save and upload it, and the measurement is correct right off the box.  I think there maybe some issue with Revit 2021 that forces you to calibrate before measuring properly.

did you do it on the drawing sheet? in the 3D model,  it makes me correct measurements, but in the drawing, the sheet is where I have the problem

Yes.  I measured on the sheet.

thanks for the help, indeed, replicate what you did, update the file to a 2022 version, save the changes and reload in the Viewer and the problema is solved.
