problems revit 2019 and 2020

Hello! the problems came to me when I uninstalled revit 2019 and tried to install revit 2020. The "specified account already exists" message appears in the middle of the installation. So I try to reinstall the revit 2019 and it installs, but it does not open, it does not work anymore. I do not know what to do! I need to finish my college projects!

Sounds like a clean uninstall (and then reinstall) may be necessary.
