Hello, I'm here to consult about an issue that I've been facing since I changed my computer.
The thing is, I've always worked with textured Revit models to add more realism to the isometric views I generate. However, since I switched computers, these realistic views don't load in the realist mode. Whether they are sections, elevations, or others, I've reached a point where I've left them loading for up to half an hour, and they don't appear, which forces me to close the program. This wasn't happening on my previous computer. I even tried testing with newer versions of Revit (I use Revit 2022), so I installed Revit 2023, but the problem still persists. Even after applying updates to the Autodesk application, the issue remains unresolved.
I also asked a colleague if they could try using the same Revit file, and in their case, they can open the realistic mode, although the textures appear as gray, which means I wouldn't have an issue reapplying the textures. This leads me to rule out the file itself as the problem. I've also tried the same process with two other different models.
I've also checked other forum posts about this issue, updating drivers, enabling hardware mode, and other recommendations, but I still haven't managed to solve it.
I hope someone can help me with this problem, and I appreciate it in advance.
Here's my computer information:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5800h
RAM: 16GB 3200
GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 Laptop
Operating System: Windows 11 Home
Are you using custom texture map? Is the map more than 4k resolution?
Thank you very much for responding. I don't use large-format textures or similar, but beyond the issue of textures, what has raised my concern is not being able to understand why the realistic view doesn't load in any way as I mentioned in 3D, sections, or elevations. The same file can be opened on another computer in realistic mode even if it has gray textures.
Is there a way to upload sample of your file?
Yes, i uploaded on my drive so you can get it. Here is the link

I've checked your file and it seems to use custom texture. As for realistic view, it works as intended
Thanks for checking the model, and that's what I was trying to mention, when my colleague opened the model, it loads the same way with those gray textures. However, as I mentioned, in my case, it's impossible to open the 3D model or even a section and set it to realistic mode. It keeps loading infinitely, and that's where I can't understand what's happening. I wouldn't have any problem if it appeared the same way as shown in the image.
Have you try to reinstall Revit and see if that will help resolved your issue? Also update the graphics driver.
I previously tried reinstalling Revit 2022, and I also tried with Revit 2023, and the same issue arises. I also checked that the video drivers were up to date. And I just checked that detail of disabling the hardware accelerator, and it's still attempting to load the model infinitely.
