Problems downloading Revit 2017

I am having an issue where I cannot install part 2 of Revit from the Virtual Agent because the I am not allowed to click the Install butt. I do not know what to do and when I try to exit me, it warns me that I do not have the program fully installed, which I obviously know because I am trying to Install it

You shouldn't be installing them separately! Normally u

1. download both parts
2. extract the installer 
3. and installation runs automatically one time and not each part separate 
4. And when u do all that; make sure firewall and antivirus are NOT ON cuz they could and most probably would stall the installation or sometimes break it

reason the install button is grayed out

1. nothing to install
2. u have a category expanded (while u were checking sub-components/options)
3. Installer broken/installation files missing

Hi Marie, 

As mentioned before you only need to install through the first part - however, you will need both of them downloaded and in the same location. 

The error you are receiving is most likely because you already have the product installed.
