problem

Dear Support,or Revit 2017 users.

 

I have a problem with my Revit 2017,and it would be really nice if I could get some help,because I really need this programe for my education,and probably for my future work as well.

 

My situation is:

I have been studying in KEA-in Copenhagen,as an Architecture Designer,since last year September. Last year I have used Revit 2016,but for this year they have asked us to have Revit 2017,so I uninstalled 2016,and installed the 2017,it was perfectly fine,till they have asked us to install the SP2 for Revit 2017,so we can use A360 as well.

So I did,but after I couldn't open Revit 2017 anymore,it's giving a weird "error",which I have screenshot.After I tried to uninstall Revit 2017,and install again,it wasn't working still,so I asked the IT support of my school of it,and they said,to uninstall everything,which could effect the program,so I did uninstall again,but in this time,everything from the laptop,and now I just installed again,as a brand new program to my laptop.

 

But still I can't open the program and gives that weird "error" again.

It is really annoying,because I don't know how can I fix it,and I really need to use the program,and so on.

 

It would very very nice,if you could help me.Please.

@Anonymous  hello, try to run the Revit as administrator see if works? could be the program files is corrupted? try to uninstall again use autodesk uninstall tool. clear all your files in temp folder c drive those cannot delete just skip. download from autodesk virtual agent HERE. try to switch off all your anti virus program and firewall before downloading the files. hope it helps. thanks

When you reinstall presumably you aren't installing SP2?

 

I'd go with what @ennujozlagam has suggested and download the installer again.  Also make sure you have uninstalled everything relating to Revit before reinstalling.

Thanks for the answers,i really appreciate,but unfortunately,nothing has worked,Ii have uninstalled,and reinstalled a several times,even i have uninstalled all the libraries and all the programs which has been supported autodesk,like robot,or flow design,everything,even they told me to go to registry editor on the laptop,delete everything from there as well,but no matter how i tried,nothing has worked.

So still i couldnt find any solution,and the bad thing is,that it doesnt say any error code,what i can look for.

 

so if anyone has any other suggestion,that i can try:)let me know :leicht_lächelndes_Gesicht:
