Problem with voids in Family

Hi all! 

I'm doing a void into a door family, but doesn't work how I expected. I duplicated the panel void (see attached image) from one door leaf to another and only works into one of them. On right leaf, the void works because apparently leaf extrusion doesn't have Identity Data parameter "Solid/Void", but, on left leaf doesn´t work doing the same operation.

Could anybody help?

1. Tab Select the extrusion...
2. from the drop down menu of Solid/Void ...
3. Pick void
4. then cut the leaf with the void
