Hello all,
I am having trouble attaching two parts of my roof.
The problem is that I did exactly the same with two other part of the roof and no problem. Now a problem appear "Impossible to attach the roof". I can't see anything different I would have done with the two other part of the roof. I guess it has something to do with the way my roof profile is shaped...
Does somebody have ever experienced this problem ?
(You can find my revit file enclosed)
Thanks in advance for you answers !
I compared the roof extrusion profile between the working roof (left) and the not working one (right) and they are slightly different. If they are the same then either match the profile or copy the left roof to the right.
Thanks for your answer @ToanDN ! I don't really get what's the image you uploaded, a comparison of the profiles ?
I don't understand why the profiles between both roofs are different since I used the symetry tool. I uploaded a screencast so you can see my process. I can not see any reason for the error I get at the end.
Thank you for your help and time.

The image I posted show the purple lines which is the profile of your failed roof. It is very slightly different from the geometry in the background, which is the roof I copied over from the other side. To fix it, just copy or mirror the good roof AND the void over instead of recreating them.
But the fact is that I don't recreate them, I mirror them both, and that is why it's weird. Did you have a look to the screencast ?
Thanks for your answers !
