Problem with "stair by component"

I do a stair by component but have these kind of error. 

Someone can say me can corret the supports?

Adjust the structural depths on landing and on run to keep the transition smooth.  In the file attached I just make the depth on landing = depth on run + riser height.  You can try yourself to find out the optimum number.
