Problem with mismatching titel blocks

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a minor problem which has to do with Title Blocks in sheets. I'm working in a team to make floorplans and for the sheets we've made a Title Block with some default texts. Now on my PC the sheet is missing a bit of text (it's being cut-off because there's not enough space on the sheet). However my collegues are not experiencing this issue, the text appears to be slightly smaller and thus isn't being cut-off.

I've already tried updating Revit to the latest version and I even exported all Revit settings from my co-workers PC and overwritten my own. However the problem persist.

Does anyone have any idea where the differences are coming from? Or any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Thanks in advance,

D Bowman

Probably it’s font issue.  One of you might be missing the font in that titleblock.

Edit the font in the titleblock and see if it the font name is empty.

Either install a font in Windows or change font.

I checked the fonts in the title block and on both PC's we see the
custom font we've created.

So it seems that it's not a font issue 😞

Is it the Revit 2017 update issue?

Edit your titleblock, click on the text and drag the blue dot on the right to increase the width a little bit.

If still ill doesn’t work, upload the family please.

First off, thanks for the tips.

I posted a few days back that it wasn't a font issue, however, after deleting all my windows fonts and replacing them with a set from my co-worker, all text is now displayed the same and hence it was a font issue after all 🙂
