Problem with change color of area in template

Hi Everyone.
Last time when I was working in Revit '18 I wanted to change a color of room area in a view template - all properties in template was disable . Has anyone of you know the solution of my problem? I need to see which of areas are out of the boundry of rooms.

Do you have an image of your problem? I do not understand it.

Ok, I think I should just choose a color scheme in settings of template view.

You can assign a different Color Scheme with different colors, but you cannot have the same Color Scheme display a different Colors between Views.

-Color Schemes  for "Area Plans" and for Rooms are two different things. In your screenshot you have highlighted "Areas". You must use an Area Plan to be able to have a color scheme for Areas.

-Use Color Scheme "By Department" and assign Rooms Departments for a colored Room Plan.
