I'm using Revit 2018.2. This problem has only just started. When I launch the software and open from BIM 360 one of our shared C4R models, once it finishes opening Revit becomes completely unresponsive. Anywhere I click (even to close the window) elicits a chime, but nothing else.
If I launch a second session of Revit and open a project on my local drive, everything works just fine.
What is going on here?

In reading some other posts (thanks Matt Wunch!), I thought it might be related to the fact that I have Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. I didn't take the step of a full rollback, but I did go into Windows Defender and added all the Autodesk folders I could find to the Exceptions under Virus Protection, and that seems to have worked. The next time I tried to open the model from BIM 360, it worked normally.
Now fingers crossed it wasn't a one-time thing!
We had a similar problem with the Windows Update and our Security app--which has to be disabled, then Revit will start normally.
We have found that it will continue to open normally until you shut off your PC, then yu must disable the security app again to open Revit.
We have not yet found a permanent solution--hoping an upcoming patch or update will fix it?
