Are you in a view on a sheet?

But is that view placed on a sheet and you activate it to draw the floor? Or do you open the view directly?

Rhat view is not on any sheets,  it is a working view

Did you manage to resolve this problem at all? I'm having the same issue in Revit 2018.3.

When creating a floor I can draw connected straight lines but as soon as I draw an arc the lines jump away from their positions and the arc becomes almost a circle.

I can draw the shapes as model lines without using the floor tool, but even copying and pasting the lines into a floor produces the same crazed result. (attached image showing result)

Been using Revit for years and never had anything like this

No I have not found a solution and have never received a resolution from anyone on anything that I've ever posted here.  I was under the impression that Autodesk was present in this forum.

Not sure what's happening there, but if nothing else you could always cut it with a void extrusion...
