Me and my student are experiencing problems with the 3D view in Revit 2020. Both of us have a MacBook Pro running Mojave and are running Windows 10 on Parallels 15.
When we open our 3D view, all is well, but as soon as we pan or rotate the view, we lose the model. If we toggle the arrow over the model, we are able to see selections of the various components. One way we are able to get the view back is by changing the detail level or the visual style. As soon as we pan or rotate again, the model disappears.
We tried various things already: changing the settings in Parallels: game-mode, retina to scaled and changing the hardware acceleration. The problem persists, however.
Is anybody having the same issue? And, any suggestions on how to solve the problem? Thoughts are more than welcome.

I am having the same issue. When I sent the model to a friend they can open it and see it fine no it isn't the file. I also reinstalled Revit and I am still having the problem.
The only difference is that she was using Revit 2019. I also have another friend using the exact same as me and does not have this problem.
I seem to have fixed the problem by turning off graphic acceleration from the options menu.
YES! Switching off Graphic Acceleration in the Options-Hardware section does the trick. Thanks!
