Problem in Insight Lighting Analysis

This message shows when I start Insight Lighting Analysis. In rendering gallery, I saw it keep rendering Insight Lighting Model when I start the analysis.

I saw this problem reflected in troubleshooting but no solutions are shown.

What are the possible solutions for me to carry out the analysis successfully?
