Problem in IFC Export

Hello,

I have create a detailed Architecture model in Revit 2020. When I export the Room Areas in the IFC model are incorrect or gets deleted. This creates an issue while sharing the IFC model for Facility Management purpose, as they will receive incorrect data, just because Revit doesn't export correctly. 

Note that I have used all the different setting for the IFC export and turning off some complex geometries from the model before exporting. I even tried by  exporting the file in the higher version too but no difference. Hence I need better solution for this problem.

Hi,

The from the first image it's clear a room or area (don't know which you mean) aren't enclosed.

This means it's boundary isný close, a wall is missing or not set to roombounding.

Add valid boundaries tho the element mentioned in the schedule (either a wall or Room seperation line)

For the other images; what's wrong with them, how should it look?

Hello,thank you for the response, the point is that the area is proper in the main revit file, the issue is when I export my revit file to IFC and then open the same IFC in revit to check, I see that the areas are incorrect.
